I’m reaching out to Samaritan’s Purse and intending to give every red cent of profit from these to them… I’m sure there won’t be much to give as my reach is limited- but at least it’s something? ten or so sold may provide a hot meal? A pair of warm socks? you wanna know what that’s worth? Ask someone out there right now.

…. and just one more thing… because I figure people are going to ask:

the wannabe songwriter in me coughed up the “Spirit Beyond” phrase. It has multiple meanings.. One represents the resolve, fierce and fearless tenacity of those folks in that region (MY region.. MY home), and another is homage to those lost in this mess- who we know good and well are watching over us (them) right now as the survivors sweep up what’s left and restore order… there are more- another meaning being “we’ve always knew this region was special and in a way we couldn’t communicate, and it should be of no surprise the captain of this world/realm would wish it destroyed- beyond him, though, and impervious to his antics, we endure through the Spirit….

…. and to conclude this freakin’ book (I didn’t start out intending to do that) I’ll offer another line from a song I wrote long ago.: “What lies behind you ain’t your fortune”

… yeah, multiple meanings again… i do that… a lot.. don’t ask me why… this one is intended, here, in one way only- and as message to those impacted:

“Stand strong; Endure; Persevere, Hang on until your hands are gone- good is coming”.
